Coach and Doctor for “Mindful Exits”.
As a certified coach since 2011, I have coached business leaders to plan their successors; partnered with managers seeking job switch or promotion; coached for holistic wellness; worked with individuals facing relationship challenges (work, family, friends); coached teenagers to plan their career; and coached women from every walk (corporate leaders to slum dwellers) to grow. Shift happened with awareness of what limits them and making the choice to exit that state “mindfully”. In each of these cases, two shifts were common- being mindful and transformational growth.
Coaching success is a source of my happiness and growth; always inspiring me to learn and explore more. This includes my Ph.D. thesis on mindfulness, learning coaching practices based on yogic wisdom, and the Indic Knowledge Systems (IKS). My promise is to keep enhancing the value of my work.
